The Challenges
Prior to engaging vFairs, PSE faced several challenges. With the onset of the pandemic, PSE expanded into the digital space, moving from quarterly webinars to weekly sessions in 2020, which was later reduced to twice a month. Although the numbers initially grew, they soon plateaued.
PSE realized that merely hosting webinars where some participant queries were addressed was no longer sufficient. They needed more participant engagement and sought to create a more immersive experience where participants could interact with each other. The critical challenge was to regain the ability to connect with people that had been lost due to the shift to digital platforms.
The Solution

To address these challenges, PSE turned to vFairs, impressed by their website, client list, and responsiveness. vFairs offered an immersive platform beyond webinars and a holistic platform that brought investments closer to the participants. The platform’s features used included:
Landing Page
A landing page on PSE’s domain where participants could register for the event and gain detailed information about it.
Virtual Lobby
A virtual lobby displaying all partner and sponsor banners and offering easy navigation into the event’s various activities.
Virtual Auditorium
An auditorium where multiple webinars and plenary sessions were held, covering essential topics relevant to the market.
Exhibit Hall
A space where partners of PSE presented themselves and their services. Each booth had respective activities, and participants could interact with exhibitors through live chat options.
Virtual Leaderboard and Photo Booth
Gamification elements were used to enhance engagement, with prizes for top leaderboard participants and photo booth winners.
Social Wall
A social wall provided engagement before, during, and after the event, congregating all social media content onto one platform.
The Results
This virtual event was a resounding success, pulling in larger numbers of attendees compared to previous physical events. John Garcia, head of the Market Education Department, expressed thrill at the engagement numbers and plans to continue utilizing the platform for future events.
PSE is currently awaiting further analysis from the vFairs platform to determine the number of clients acquired through this event. This data will help in measuring the effectiveness of the event’s activities. Moving forward, PSE aims to use the knowledge gained from this event to bring greater engagement to future events.
